Terms and Conditions

 

Successful bidders will be notified by an auto-responder e-mail.

 

Payment arrangements must be made no later than 5 business days following the close of the auction.

 

A Credit Card will be required to hold your item for cash payments. Applicable taxes will be calculated (if applies).

 

YOU WILL BE REQURED TO CALL IN YOUR CREDIT CARD FOLLOWING THE COMPLETION OF THE AUCTION TO PAY FOR SUCCESSUFLLY WON ITEMS. Gift Certificates, Vouchers, etc. will be mailed to you immediately.  For Items that require pick up at BIG 105 Studios, arrangements will be made for pick-up following completion of payment.  For items that require pick up at merchant location, a successful bidder win letter will be mailed to you and the merchant with contact information and details on how you may claim your item following completion of payment .

 

If payment is not arranged within 5 business days following the close of the auction, Jim Pattison Broadcast Group reserves the right to contact the next highest bidder.

 

Participants must register prior to placing a bid. This username will be used as your contact name for all bids.

 

This is an Internet Only Auction, there is NO telephone bidding and NO in-person bidding.

 

Bidding will close at the stated times OR when all in-coming bids cease.

 

All merchandise is subject to applicable taxes collected by Jim Pattison Broadcast Group. All gift certificates are subject to applicable taxes collected by the merchant upon redemption of the voucher.
